Moving my life into Scrum with Trello

Have you had so many exciting new projects that you don’t know where to start?

How do you eat an elephant?

One of the greatest values of the agile philosophy is the ability to simplify, to transform big projects into bite-sized tasks.

When I asked myself, “What do you want to do, what do you want to accomplish as a businesswoman and as an artist?”, I immediately became overwhelmed and paralyzed. A few weeks later, the answer came – “I want to create with ease.” Getting involved in exciting and creative projects wasn’t good enough for me. I wanted balance and equanimity while fulfilling my creative desires.

I titled this Trello with my intention, “I am Present and I Follow my Joy” (I know, a bit corny, but this is my playground 😉

It’s meant to be read from left to right:

  • 🤞 My working agreements and any inspiring material I might need along the way.
  • 🌪 Ideas in my vortex that I’m not ready to work on yet.
  • 🔥 These are real projects I’m committing to complete within a month. I added the Power-Up “Card Aging” to keep me accountable.
  • ✅ Completed projects.
  • 🗑 I added this recently because sometimes I needed the references I had saved in old projects.
